    The first time I dropped our dog off at daycare, they took good care of him. They have a big space for dog care. We had a good experience, and they have provided CCTV access, so we can check it at any time. They have provided regular updates on what is up also.

    Worst facility available here . We had kept our dogs for 4 days here and within these 4 days, our both dogs got sick there only and their weight got reduced by 3 to 4 Kg and they didn't took care of the dogs at all. Only formality of giving food to the dog was there and cameras are there but we were unable to see them during night as well as their condition was not told to us that . They didn't even informed us about the dog condition that they have not eaten food for last 2-3 days or else we would had taken them back to home or somewhere else. So much irresponsibility was there from there side . So I would recommend that such irresponsible kennel should not be there who take good charges for not taking care of the dogs. I can't forgive these people because one of dog is now suffering a lot and seriously sick since the time we sent the dogs over there . Our dogs are not just dogs . They are our family members and I think dog lovers understand this very well.

    The staff took good care of our pet that is extremely ferocious which was our major concern, this being the first such outing. Within 2 days they managed to tame it somewhat which was very nice to see. Cctv access, videos, calls were a great help. Wish Mr Ajay would do something about the 12noon checkout. As understood by me, for example, if one checks in at 6pm and checks out at 1pm next day, 2 days charges apply- only 19 hours !

    Over all experience is good, systems created are good. The only concern, whenever pets are indoor, they look like sleepy all the times (watched them live online almost on hourly intervals), and even when my pet is back home he is not active, sleepy all the times. With passing time in last 24 hours, he is very slowly gaining his alertness back. This creates a doubt in my mind ?? sedation?? Hope and wish, this is not the case.

    Our pet seemingly enjoyed the whole stay.Care takers were very nice and experienced.We were apprehensive about leaving our little beagle with a group of dogs but he was well taken care of. The 24/7 access to cameras was very helpful.Thanks to PARAS kennel for all the support and services.
